Being young and growing up in foster care I always knew I wanted to help people. I didn’t really know what that meant at the time but as I got older, I knew I was meant to do so much more. I tried the college thing, but it just wasn’t for me. Soon after leaving college, I had my daughter, she is my everything. I had no idea where I was supposed to go or what I was supposed to do with my life. No family or support I knew that something needed to change. I went to Ridley-Lowell Business and Technical Institute for Massage Therapy. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist of 5 years, certified in many different modalities. I work with each client and tailor each session to their specific needs. I enjoy hearing how much I have helped my clients in not just that moment but in their everyday lives as well. I am always expanding my practice and really enjoy learning new things.

I've worked full-time at an advertising agency for the past 24 years. I have never been an active person until a few years ago. I was at my highest weight of 195 pounds in 2017, and felt terrible not only physically, but mentally. I decided to change my unhealthy obsession with food to a healthy relationship with nutrition. I do not believe in cutting out food groups or even foods that I love, but learned to understand how to eat in moderation. It is all about small changes that will eventually make a huge and positive impact. It took me almost 1 year to lose 75 pounds, by just walking and cooking at home instead of eating out all of the time. It is all about consistency, dedication, and patience
In my spare time, I enjoy food prepping, creating healthier versions of foods I love, and caring for my 47 pets from a dog, cats, reptiles, and frogs. .
