This 8-week performance program is built for serious athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more explosive this summer. Each week hits all the pillars of athletic development—barbell strength, kettlebell power, dumbbell and calisthenics conditioning, speed mechanics, and mobility.

PlayMaker Junior Athlete Program (Ages 9–13)
2 Days a Week | Built to Move. Built to Compete.
This twice-weekly training program is designed to build strong, confident, and athletic youth athletes through fun, challenging, and smart movement. Every session blends calisthenics, kettlebells, speed drills, and coordination work to improve total-body strength, control, and explosive movement.
