PlAYMAKER ATHLETE SUMMER SESSIONS

Mohawk Movement Presents : PlayMaker Summer Athlete Program (Ages 14+)
24 Sessions | 3 Days a Week | Built for Athletes 14+

This 8-week performance program is built for serious athletes who want to get stronger, faster, and more explosive this summer. Each week hits all the pillars of athletic development—barbell strength, kettlebell power, dumbbell and calisthenics conditioning, speed mechanics, and mobility.

🗓 Weekly Layout:

  • Monday – Upper Body Strength: Barbell, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Calisthenics
     
  • Wednesday – Lower Body Strength: Barbell Squats/Deadlifts, Landmine Work, Unilateral Strength
     
  • Friday – Explosive Power + Speed: Landmine Explosives, Sprints, Agility Drills, Plyometrics
     

Every session includes mobility and movement prep to help athletes stay healthy, mobile, and game-ready.

Playmaker Junior Program

PLAYMAKER - Age 9-13 SUMMER SESSIONS

PlayMaker Junior Athlete Program (Ages 9–13)
2 Days a Week | Built to Move. Built to Compete.

This twice-weekly training program is designed to build strong, confident, and athletic youth athletes through fun, challenging, and smart movement. Every session blends calisthenics, kettlebells, speed drills, and coordination work to improve total-body strength, control, and explosive movement.

🗓 Schedule:

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays - 10am
    Rope Climbs • Kettlebell Drills • Medicine Ball Slams
    Animal Movements • Cone Agility • Speed & Reaction Work
     

These sessions focus on body awareness, movement quality, and athletic foundation while keeping kids engaged and fired up to train.
